In this report, we present a unique case of a 65-year-old male in whom oesophageal adenocarcinoma metastasized to a prolactinoma, causing partial palsy of the third and sixth cranial nerves. Investigations revealed rapid progression of the parasellar lesion and normalization of prolactin. After partial surgical resection, pathology confirmed the metastasis of the known digestive tract neoplasia. While such dual pathologies are extremely rare, they should be considered as possibilities when diagnosing sellar masses. Clinicians should be mindful of atypical behavior of benign adenomas, particularly rapid growth, spontaneous normalization of prolactin, or progression despite medical treatment, as this could indicate metastatic disease. In presenting this case, we hope to illuminate the importance of its recognition in early diagnosis and a better understanding of this condition.} }
